Organizations
As well as military factions, there are also multiple organizations (both political and humanitarian) working within the war. Some of these organizations belong to rebel groups or neutral countries, although most side with one faction or another. They are generally not militaristic in the case of employing soldiers, but possess a large number of members with multiple skills, such as administrative, scientific, mechanical, and so forth.
They are mostly made up of council members, political figureheads, and civilians, although can also take on military members. They tend to work more on the outskirts, with a hand secretly on the inside manipulating the war. In essence, they’re extra factions that may or may not appear publicly. Some are radical or extremist groups, others seek peace or mediation between the two forces. Rebel groups are more secretive and show up unexpectedly.
Original characters can be in an organization instead of a faction, and can be labelled under the umbrella of AA, EA, Rebel, or Neutral depending on the organization’s alliance. There is room for multiple groups, and each one will be added to a list below and described as players create them. Groups can be based on treaties (like NATO), military goals (such as extremists like the Taliban), rebel factions (Desert Dawn from Gundam Seed), or neutral factions (World Peace Coalition).
